In style of “The Iceman,” Wim Hof, we will be submersing ourselves in ice-cold water to reap the benefits available to our mind, body and spirit.

This ancient practice dates back to Roman and Greek empires and has recently been re-discovered for integration into our modern era. We are excited to share this opportunity in our dedicated Cold Plunge tub!
