Modalities:
Pranayama breathwork is a heart-activating technique that opens your energy and assists in bringing up any blockages you have so that you may release all that no longer serves you on your way to embodying your Highest Self.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is known to relieve stress, promote relaxation, and overall enhance well-being. Reiki, which can be performed with or without light physical touch, can be translated as life force energy guided by spiritual consciousness.
The Ceremony:
This journey begins with bringing community together in a sacred circle intentionally curated by our facilitator. There will be an opportunity to draw oracle cards, sink into a guided meditation, check in with how you are feeling, and connect with the group energy. An inspired theme will naturally emerge, which will help each participant to set a powerful intention to be carried into your breathwork journey. The breathwork is an active meditation that brings us out of our heads and into our hearts. During the breathwork, our facilitator will come around to each person and share Reiki with them. This energy work may facilitate the movement of energy with more ease and grace and help initiate a deeper healing. As we close, there will be an opportunity to share about your experience, if you feel called to do so. This breathwork & Reiki journey is an opportunity to connect deeply with your energy and have a spiritual experience of your Self while being held in a safe and sacred space.
Our Facilitator:
Our ceremony will be guided by Beau Bowker, a Breathwork guide, Reiki practitioner, & energy worker led by a deep calling to help others find their true essence, feel their power, and free their Spirit. Through the heart opening modalities that Beau practices, we become free from illusion, heal our deepest wounds, and experience our Spirit fully alive. Beau is honored to bring offerings that quiet the mind, open the heart, and expand consciousness. Having spent a chapter of his life as a touring comedian, Beau is always open to bringing more joy into the spiritual journey. As a heart-led man, Beau seeks to bring the medicine of Sacred Masculinity into every circle, as he seeks to be soft, strong, and an open channel for Spirit to move through. Beau is happy to cross paths with you and is ready to exchange with you from an open & free heart as you discover that you are your own healer. It is his honor to join the growing initiative at E2 to bring holistic healing and the expansion of consciousness to the community.
